What kicked off in 2021 with [three new 5-row bleachers](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/blog/cornwall-ontario-a-city-embracing-the-great-outdoors) in three separate parks, [continued in 2022](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/blog/updating-community-parks-in-cornwall-ontario) with three new parks added to the list. In an effort to keep things rolling in the right direction, it was time earlier this year to upgrade another park’s seating structures. ![City-of-Cornwall-4](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/hs-fs/hubfs/City-of-Cornwall-4.jpg?width=800&height=617&name=City-of-Cornwall-4.jpg) Rather than working across multiple locations on this project, the new bleachers were set to be installed at one location. Working at the city’s Seaway Valley Soccer Club, the new requirement for this project was for four sets of new code-compliant bleachers. Keeping with the same design as used in other parks across Cornwall, our [Gold bleachers](https://www.sportsystemscanada.com/bleachers/outdoor-bleachers/) were once again selected as the preferred option. Featuring added rear guardrail safety systems, these new bleachers will undoubtedly exceed all safety and building codes and offer a long-term seating solution to residents for years to come. ![City-of-Cornwall-2](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/hs-fs/hubfs/City-of-Cornwall-2.jpg?width=800&height=575&name=City-of-Cornwall-2.jpg) The city took the time to prepare the site with new compacted gravel pads before our installation team was called to the site. Upon arrival, our team got to work constructing the new bleachers directly on-site. Given the gravel pad, our HDPE sleepers were selected to help give the seating structure the benefit of stable footing. The total installation only took our team one day to complete, giving the city of Cornwall the opportunity to make use of these new bleachers during the late summer and upcoming fall sport seasons. Today, the Seaway Valley Soccer Club has seating for upwards of 280 fans for league play across all ages and upcoming tournaments.
