This time, the project took place at St. Mary’s Academy in Edmunston, part of the Anglophone West School District. The school needed to replace their old wooden telescopic bleachers, which were manually operated and had become outdated. Upgrading aging bleachers is a common request we receive from schools across Canada, and our experienced team, and in this case, supported by a strong dealer network, is well-equipped to deliver reliable, modern solutions that improve safety, comfort, and ease of use for years to come. [Interior Visions](https://info.sportsystemscanada.com/interior-visions-sport-systems-dealer-network-member) visited St. Mary’s Academy to carefully measure the available space and review the gymnasium layout. This ensured we could specify the perfect bleacher system to maximize seating while fitting the facility’s requirements. Their installation team also handled the full demolition and responsible disposal of the old wooden bleachers, making the transition smooth and hassle-free for the school. The new installation features a 42-foot long, 7-row version of our esteemed Kodiak 2400 Series telescopic bleachers that can comfortably seat upwards of 160 people. Fully motorized for effortless operation, these bleachers represent a major upgrade in both functionality and convenience for daily use and special events.   > [          View this post on Instagram                      ](https://www.instagram.com/reel/DanXxmOAL89/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading) > > [A post shared by Sport Systems (@sportsystemsinc)](https://www.instagram.com/reel/DanXxmOAL89/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading)   To add an additional touch to the installation, we incorporated our popular GameDay GraFX package, proudly showcasing “St. Mary’s Academy” on the bleachers. This custom branding option helps schools create a more vibrant and spirited atmosphere in their gymnasiums. The entire project was completed with professionalism and attention to detail. Interior Visions reported that the school was extremely pleased with the installation crew and absolutely loves their new motorized bleachers. The transition from manual wooden units to a modern, easy-to-operate system has made a noticeable difference for staff and students alike.   ### **Why Schools Choose Sport Systems Canada** Replacing outdated telescopic bleachers with [motorized systems](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/blog/when-you-should-consider-motorized-telescopic-gym-bleachers) is one of the most effective ways to modernize school gymnasiums.
