Starting At The Top

As co-founder alongside his father in 1978, Matt Mould brings an engineering background and over four decades of hands-on experience in bleacher manufacturing. While these days he focuses slightly more on steering our strategic vision, his deep knowledge base continues to inform every aspect of our operations. This means we anticipate industry challenges early, deliver durable solutions that prioritize safety and longevity all the while helping clients avoid costly retrofits down the line.

Our Technical Team

With almost as much experience as our president, our Senior Technical Advisor, Dan Horbal,  leads our technology and design team. Supported by a skilled group of engineers and designers, they turn complex specifications into reality, whether it's compact retractable bleachers or expansive grandstand and stadium setups. Dan’s expertise ensures compliance with the latest standards, resulting in innovative designs that optimize space and enhance user experience while ensuring all designs are designed and manufactured to meet stringent building and safety codes.

The Front Lines

Having been with Sport Systems for over a decade, our Sales Manager, Kevin Tannahill,  specializes in bleacher sales of all shapes and sizes. From initial consultations to tailored recommendations, his solid market knowledge helps match the perfect system to your needs and budget.

Backing it all up behind Kevin is our dedicated sales and support crew. Always at the ready, this group handles quoting, questions, and ongoing assistance with efficiency drawn from years of collective experience. They're the unsung heroes who ensure smooth communication, quick resolutions, and a hassle-free process from quote to completion.

The Delivery Team

The last step before your new bleacher arrives at your facility is the Project Management Team and depending on installation, our Install Team. Being led by Lisa Janssen, our Project and Service Coordinator, your products are in her capable hands before they hit the road whether that be with our installation team or with a common carrier. From here, Lisa and her team ensure everything is complete before it leaves our warehouse and is ready for delivery.

If installation is required by our team, your project is now in the hands of one of our installation teams, headed up by Curtis Miller or Steve Churchill. From there, they will act as foremen for your project, directing installers and resources as necessary to see the project through to fruition.
