Well, it's officially 2024 and in case you haven't heard; Basketball is BOOMING.

Over the past few years, we've watched as our basketball division continues to grow, and with good reason. It's where we got our start.  Add in the fact that our headquarters is located in picturesque Almonte, Ontario - the birthplace of Dr. James Naismith  - and it only feels more fitting.

In addition to tradition courts in schools, community centers and other athletic facilities, we've seen a massive trend in privatized courts. These are located in personal residences and the like. We've continually been asked to design unused spaces into small basketball courts.

Clients often come to Sport Systems for safety padding for the athletes that are using their space for 3-on-3 drills or shooting drills. In a growing number of cases, these spaces are found within private facilities that have a basketball set up for players to exert some energy and build on their skills.

One of our more recent installs was just the same as we were called to a residence close to our offices to help design and install a system and custom padding for a previously unused space. We are able to provide the right guidance with regards to product selection and can design any level of safety padding required to make that space work.
