A New Divider Curtain for the Fieldhouse Pirates Baseball Club

Located in Burlington, the Fieldhouse Pirates Baseball Club is one of Canada’s premiere baseball development programs. Offering year-round access to developmental and training programs for players from between 10 years of age and 18 years of age, the program is based in a state-of-the-art facility used specifically to groom players headed for the US collegiate ranks.

Headed up by a number of experienced coaches, the indoor facility gives players an outdoor feel for the game throughout the year.

Back in 2016, when we first were introduced to this impressive facility, we were commissioned to design and install a complete padding solution for the newly expanded facility. With safety concerns regarding the location of a number of columns inside the facility, our team quickly and efficiently provided custom padding along with the club’s logo to be installed on a tight timeline.

Following four additional years of growth, we were contacted again by the club, this time to provide a safe and budget-friendly solution to separating the space to make room for more training and players.

In search of a solution that would allow them to easily create division, our walk-draw curtain was the easy selection. These curtains are manually operated and allow managers or operators to quickly open or close them where and when required.

After receiving detailed measurements for both the curtain and track size, our team quickly got to work on designing the curtain. Following approval from key stakeholders, the curtain was shipped directly to the facility and met by our installation team for a quick and easy installation.

Today, the curtain adds another flash of the yellow and black that young baseball players across the country have come to recognize as the standard in baseball training and development.
