Religious facilities have come a long way from the churches and places of worship some of us may have been raised in. While there are still many traditional facilities that continue to utilize pews and other wooden seating solutions, today’s modern religious facilities, are turning to something different. Constructing these facilities often costs upwards of millions of dollars and as such, their patrons have higher expectations as to the amenities found inside.

What might come as a surprise to some, today’s religious facilities often share the very same type of seating characteristically found in performing arts facilities and movie theatres.

Opting for a more comfortable fit for their congregations, the styling of the seating found inside modern facilities is highly customizable, allowing for operators to pick and choose colours, configurations, accessories and completely custom designs.

With that in mind, here are a few of our favourite place of worship fixed seating models and what makes them so special:

    Legend

Just as the name suggests, this is arguably one of our more unique models and is equipped with a number of different features and benefits. In addition to its classic styling, this model features the innovative Hide-Away centre armrest that is easily stowable between the back cushions.

    Slim

Again, as the name suggests, this is our minimalist option. While utilizing a smaller footprint than many other models, don’t let this chair fool you; it is a timeless and versatile design for any religious venue. The small profile of this chair is perhaps its biggest selling feature especially for those with space restrictions.

    Jubilation

When you want pew seating without the discomfort and traditional look of actual pew seating, choose the Jubilee. This armless bench-like configuration allows for flexible seating options – where tradition meets modern design.
