Home to over 400 students, Platteview High School has been serving its community with a peaceful and top-notch educational experience since its inception. In addition to a strong academic foundation, the school is extremely athletically focused, demonstrating their belief that participation in sports widens the educational experience, making it all more rewarding and enjoyable. As part of some requirements for the addition of new visitor bleachers to the school’s sports field, the Omaha civil engineering firm [Lamp Rynearson](https://lamprynearson.com/)  contacted our partners at [Crouch Recreation](https://crouchrec.com/) to design the perfect solution. With years of experience locally in Omaha and the surrounding area, Crouch Recreation is a trusted supplier and installer in the athletic and outdoor space. With rough specifications in hand, Crouch Recreation brought us into the fold to help in the design and fabrication of a new elevated grandstand bleacher complete with all necessary [ADA](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/blog/topic/accessibility) requirements. ![platteview-grandstand-bleachers-accessible-ramps](https://blog.sportsystemscanada.com/hs-fs/hubfs/platteview-grandstand-bleachers-accessible-ramps.jpg?width=500&name=platteview-grandstand-bleachers-accessible-ramps.jpg) Following the design process and approvals, the concrete slab was planned and poured at the site. Following the manufacturing process, the grandstand was safely shipped directly to the high school and was met by Crouch and their installation partners at Ad Screen Group. There, the execution was flawless right through to the final bolt. Today, the new [grandstands](https://www.sportsystemscanada.com/collections/grandstands) offer additional seating with enhanced sightlines and viewing from the visiting sidelines.
