The summer months pass faster than we all would like and now is a great time to start thinking about your summer maintenance plan for your facility. In doing so, you ensure your facility will be ready to rock come fall, prepared for the return of students and fall football.

This one is a given, in addition to your facilities routine inspections and maintenance, it is always a good idea to hire an outside infrastructure company to professionally inspect your athletic equipment and structures at least once per year.

Bleacher & Equipment Inspections
Get out and visually inspect your outdoor bleacher and athletic equipment systems. A facility’s maintenance staff can easily inspect outdoor equipment for any potential problems that might arise. Here are a few things to look for:
• Loose and/or missing bolts and other hardware
• Cracked or cracking welds
• Bent or missing other parts
• Bracing and supports
With any educational athletic facility, the next season starts when the current season ends.
