Our padding department is by far one of the most versatile and ever-changing areas of our business. In addition to sports-themed facilities, our padding is manufactured for a wide variety of uses outside of the sporting world.

We manufacture wall padding for padded rooms of all shapes and sizes and for many different uses such as therapy rooms, remand rooms, quiet rooms and for other facilities like commercial warehouses. The majority of our padding projects, outside of traditionally sized gym mats, are completely custom designed for the end user.

A large part of our custom padding line is our column padding, which given the structural differences of every facility, can vary from project to project.   As with the majority of our padding products, safety is the main concern and all facilities with exposed columns, beams or poles turn to us to safely pad them for the protection of participants or employees.

Each and every column pad we manufacture is designed precisely to match our clients’ specifications and can be designed in round, square, hexagonal, three-sided or flange-style configurations. Much the same as our wall padding, the standard materials for column padding include 2” of high-density foam and our heavy-duty vinyl, protecting the outside of the padding. This vinyl allows for easy maintenance as most scuffs or spills can easily be wiped off using a traditional cleaning solution.
