    As many of you are aware, we launched a powerful new web property earlier this year. While lockdowns during the global pandemic threatened to slow us down, we did what we have done for over 40 years; we kept going.

    We combined our 40 decades of knowledge and experience and built a comprehensive and evolving website that we feel will serve our growing clientele for years to come.

    Under the hood or in the back-end of the new website is a section not often talked about by companies. With the flash and imagery getting most of the attention on the front-end, we’d like to take this opportunity to let you know what we’ve built behind the scenes and how it will inevitably make your shopping experience a more pleasurable one.

    One of the biggest customer-centric features we built into this new ecommerce website is the ability for customers to create their own accounts. As many of our clients are institutional or repeat buyers, we wanted to craft a system that would allow them to easily manage orders.


    Often times, complex projects can take months to come together and when preparing a budget, it can be helpful to price out individual products ahead of time.

    By creating your account, you are logged in while viewing our website. This allows you to browse all of our products and add them to your wishlist simply by clicking the heart icon on each one. This allows you to track these products in your account, compare pricing or build custom quotes when necessary. You can even leave custom notes under each product for another level of organization.


    Track Purchases

    Where did that invoice go? We’ve been there. Having a central repository for past invoices and orders is handy for tracking these down. It also allows you to easily re-order products on a continual basis.
