We’ve been at this for over 40 years and we’ve learned a lot along the way. In addition to representing some of the best products in the athletic space, we’ve also gone a long way in developing and manufacturing our own line of products. While most of our custom fabrication involves bleachers and large grandstand seating projects, we also lend a lot of customization to other products such as inclusive padding environments, gym curtains and floor covers, to name a few.

Beyond that, the sky really is the limit; something we have come to appreciate over the past 12-18 months. As many athletic programs came to a brief halt last year, we began to field a new type of request. Given our capabilities and large manufacturing facility, we began to get requests for completely customized fabrication for a variety of projects. In addition to some really cool vendor stalls for the City of Kingston, we have had the chance to work closely with the team at Bishop Water Technologies.

Located just outside of Ottawa, Bishop Water Technologies offers innovative solutions for water treatment and management. Some of their solutions are (but not limited to) solids management, nutrient removal and lagoon management.

Having worked with their team on a previous project, we were top of mind when it came time to design and manufacture a completely portable screening plant for their wastewater treatment business.

Looking for a mobile solution to their business, we met with key stakeholders to truly understand the unique requirements of this project and worked closely with them to manufacture a solution that would not only suit their needs, but would exceed them.

Following initial meetings and designs, our team was put to work creating this unique system. We delivered the new screening plant in the summer of 2020 and it was immediately put to use by Bishop Water and is currently used at a variety of job sites across Eastern Ontario.

These types of projects truly play to our strengths as a custom fabricator. As a company, we are certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau to Standard W47.2 and are more than capable of tackling the most demanding aluminum fabrication projects for customers near and far.
