Offering a bit of closure to an earlier post about this specific project, we’re happy to announce that the final installation was completed and the event was a huge success. Working closely with key stakeholders at Ottawa’s RA Centre, we were brought onboard to help close out the Centre’s new Curling Centre of Excellence.
The new centre was set to be the home of this year’s U-18 curling championships and organizers from the RA Centre spared no expense in ensuring that the arena bleacher system that was installed was perfectly suited for both the event and venue.
Our team initially got to work removing the existing bleachers and making room for the new system that was to be constructed. Opting for an elevated bleacher system, they wanted something that would rise above the dasher boards and that would offer their spectators the very best sightlines.
In these projects where sightlines are of utmost importance, our engineering team drafts what is referred to as a “spectator sightline drawing” which allows our clients the ability to visualize the view from each row of seating. Using this consultative approach and mixing it with technology such as this is just one of the many reasons customers continually choose us.
When it comes to complex, and highly-customized bleacher projects, you can count on us to Build A Better Game.
