With the advancements in technology and architectural design over the last few decades, today we are witnessing the construction of some truly amazing sports facilities and structures. What were once traditionally designed in square or rectangle-type shapes, gymnasiums, practice facilities and other athletic buildings are taking on a variety of shapes and sizes.

With these advancements come additional products tailor-made to properly address the various structures currently in use and those that will come in the future. While the majority of our gym divider curtains satisfy the needs of a bulk of the facilities in operation today, we do carry a specialized line of divider curtains that can be completely customized to fit unique ceiling contours.

Our peak or slope folding divider curtain is the product of choice for those with unique ceiling designs, as opposed to the standard 90-degree ceiling rafter-type configurations, which are still quite prevalent today. This curtain is designed to accommodate peak-type structures, allowing for complete coverage which would not be available using other more traditional divider models.

This curtain is supported from the roof by attaching structural tubing or bridge piping directly to the trusses. The curtain is then suspended using a 1/8” galvanized aircraft cable and can be raised using its powerful ¾ horse power, 115-volt gear motor and is operated from a three-position momentary contact dual-key switch.

As with some of our other models of gym divider curtains, the lower portion of the peak fold model is available in either a 19 oz. or 22 oz. polyester-reinforced, fire-retardant and mildew-resistant vinyl. The upper portion of this curtain is finished with an aesthetically pleasing 9 oz. vinyl-coated mesh and all seams on the curtain are electronically welded, ensuring the very best in durability.

Additional accessories for this curtain include wireless remote operators or Total Control Systems, wall-mounted keypad systems that can electrically operate equipment such as gym divider curtains, basketball backstops, lighting, scoreboards and more.
