    Today, society is becoming increasingly aware of the need to preserve resources. From
    composting and recycling to refurbished furniture and repurposed fashion, conservation serves two purposes: this intentional act not only mitigates the depletion of resources, but also increases the value of that which already exists. Translating this concept from material objects to societal institutions, one may note the many benefits of merging neighbouring schools. The merging of Madoc Public School and Centre Hastings Secondary School in particular, has proven to be an excellent example of combining resources in order to preserve them.

Despite being at more preliminary stages of development, children see no value-based distinction amongst varying ethnicities, genders, or socioeconomic backgrounds. Implementing this child-like acceptance and celebrating the differences of each individual, the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa (BGC) has created a safe space for children and teens aged 6-18.

We worked once again with our partners at A Plus Athletic Products, who proudly serve the Granite State and surrounding areas. A veteran-owned company with over 25 years’ worth of experience in the seating industry, A Plus is always a great resource for us in New England. A Plus recently came to us with a new project for Keene High School, home of the Keene Blackbirds, with a prestigious athletic history including a handful of 2016 State Championships in
    swimming, diving, and cross-country skiing.

    While somethings can be considered timeless, not everything that is old is worth keeping. When it comes to the safety and functionality of equipment such as telescopic bleacher systems it is important to keep up with modern technology and recent developments.

    Millard North High School, located in Omaha Nebraska, opened in 1981. Boasting a gymnasium capable of accommodating up to 2,600 spectators, their facility has hosted innumerable games and individuals over the last 40 years. As a school with such a storied history, it was time to take a closer look at the existing bleacher seating inside the gym and begin planning the future of athletics for the Millard North Mustangs. It was eventually decided that the bleachers were bound for replacement and the district began their search for the perfect partners on this massive project.
